Well, how could it have been different. The patent office found a formal error – fortunately only a small one. This was quickly resolved and now we are going to the next round with our patent application: the proofing will now continue. The patent attorney told us the following: “Please be prepared that the further processing will last at least 1 to 2 years before the patent can be published. Since filing your patent application is your invention protected.” Therefore we can work officially and must not work hidden anymore!
